This Patreon is the primary way I support my work now.

I’m consolidating what I do—writing, editing, teaching, and media criticism—into fewer, more sustainable structures. Rather than running frequent workshops or maintaining multiple subscription platforms, I’m using Patreon as a single place where people can support the work and, if they want, participate more directly.

Here are the current tiers:

• General support ($5/month)

  If you like what I make and want to help me keep doing it, that alone is enough.

• Writing groups and shared practice ($10/month)

  The $10 tier is for people who want access to writing groups and shared practice spaces.

  This tier is oriented around practice, not instruction. There’s no curriculum to keep up with, no requirement to attend every session, and no expectation that you share work unless you want to. The emphasis is on showing up, writing, and participating in a consent-based group environment.

• One-on-one editing and guidance ($150/month)

  The $150 tier is for people who want focused, hands-on attention.

  It includes one hour of one-on-one editing or consultation per month. This can be used for feedback on a specific piece (up to 2,000 words) or working through a particular craft or structural problem. This is a tier you may want to come in and out of as your needs around your work change.

  Availability is limited so the work stays thoughtful and sustainable.

How the tiers work together

You’re free to move between tiers, join for a short period, or leave when it no longer makes sense.

This Patreon exists to support real work at a human scale — not to maximize engagement or lock anyone into a system.
