Sharp takes. Soft landings.

AMC All the Time exists because I still have something to say—and a strong desire to say it outside of clickbait, brand decks, and the algorithms that make smart writing harder to find.

I write about politics, culture, media, recovery, and whatever else is circling my brain at 3 a.m. Sometimes it’s sharp commentary. Sometimes it’s tender reflection. Always, it’s honest.

What You Get

  • Full access to every post—whether you subscribe for free or pay

  • Subject matter that doesn’t chase attention-hacking trends

  • A calm, critical space for talking about hard things

  • No bonus content behind a paywall (for now)—but your support helps keep this sustainable

Why I’m Not on Substack

I left Substack because I believe there are better ways to support independent writing. (This piece explains the practical considerations for writers, which are related to the Nazi bar considerations.)

Support the Work

If something I’ve written has made you think, feel seen, or just rage-nod in solidarity, consider becoming a paid subscriber.

The current options are:

  • $80/year

No tiers. No gimmicks. Just words.

(Yes, the checkout still looks like a 419 scam landing page. I’m working on making it less cursed.)

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do. Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
